Applicants must have a degree with in hospitality, tourism or real estate. Applicants should be able to demonstrate superior analytical skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and strong writing abilities.
English is required. Arabic is desired, but not required.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• 2-3 years operational experience in a hotel
• Solid analytical skills
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
• Self motivated/self-starter
• Work environment is deadline oriented and high-energy and the person should be able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Must have an ability to travel regularly for projects
• Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus

This successful candidate will be trained and responsible for the preparation of market studies, feasibility studies and valuation reports for hotels, resorts and mixed use projects in various parts of the MENA region. The preparation of reports includes:
• Fieldwork
• Travel
• Property inspections
• Area interviews
• Analysis
• Review of property's financial statements and other relevant documents
• Use of Microsoft Excel models and in-house databases
• Report Writing
• Use of Microsoft Word
• Includes developing graphics/maps and formatting
• Requires strong writing and analytical skills
• The position requires extensive travelling throughout MENA.
