Terms of Internship: 3-6 months internship

Main Scope of Role: To assist the C&V team by working on research-based assignments and responding to internal and external client requests.

Duties will include:
• To support the consultants by conducting research, analysis and consulting as required; 
• To assume responsibility for maintaining specific electronic HVS databases; 
• To actively seek new research opportunities and sources; 
• Input with research-based assignments as appropriate.

Administrative Responsibilities:
• Participation in office meetings, weekly progress meetings and marketing meetings, as required; 
• Compliance with administrative procedures and practices, as operated within the HVS – Shenzhen office;

Academic Background:
Degree or in the process of pursuing a degree from a recognized hotel/business/real estate university
Technical Skills Required:
• Strong English and Mandarin language skills, both written and spoken. Conversant with Cantonese as desired
• Strong level of numeracy and an analytical aptitude 
• Knowledge of the Asian hotel sector, particularly in Greater China area
• Strong computer skills, including financial modeling (Excel) and word processing (Word)
