The primary job aim is to work towards maximisation of budgeted revenues through completion of client assignments within the Consulting and Valuation practise at HVS through on-schedule delivery of client assignments are other essential components of the job responsibility.
Client management, lead follow ups, implementation of internal operating procedures, market research and relationship management with key industry contact points are other principle responsibilities.

  • Execution of consulting assignment
  • Create and maintain industry/client contact, clarify client expectations and purpose of project
  • Travel to subject hotels and sites to gather information necessary for appraisal and consulting process
  • Interview competitive hotel operators, government officials, and other sources of primary and secondary information
  • Carry out detailed analytical models
  • Present and draft reports to be sent to the client using HVS formats
  • Ensure qualitative report writing
  • Timely completion of assignments with defined timelines
  • Revenue and Sales 
    • To ensure successful implementation of the defined sales strategy to maximise targeted revenues
    • To ensure all best practices are followed and all client assignments are executed and delivered using the various HVS tools
  • Client Management and Industry Knowledge
  • To take proactive steps to manage a cordial relationship with all clients and handle concerns independently
  • To stay abreast of industry events and actively engage with industry peers with an aim to become more aware of the market trends
  • Contribution to internal processes
  • Ensure end to end completion of project assignment on internal database (SPIDER)
  • Strengthen Internal Database (SPIDER)
  • Ensure that assigned new recruits are trained on the HVS models as per HVS standards
  • Ensure adherence to company policies
  • Implement ideas to strengthen/ streamline existing processes
  • Author/Co author a pre assigned number of articles every year
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Degree from a reputed university in hospitality management, real estate or valuation
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the same or similar work domain
  • Strong analytical, financial and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong proficiency in English.
