JOB OVERVIEW:
This individual must be an organized self-starter who will be proactive in assuming responsibilities on behalf of the Senior Managing Partner, offering assistance wherever possible. His/Her role will offer flexibility and will expand as the office manager becomes more comfortable with the position. He/She must immerse themselves in all HVS administrative systems in order to maximize the executive's ability to fulfill their job responsibilities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French to effectively convey information verbally and in writing.
• Track record of assisting senior level executives in administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and knowledgeable in PowerPoint.
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simutaneously.
• Personable professional whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be required:
• Highly autonomous position.
• Interact with potential and current clients, Senior executives and associates. Be knowledgeable on the status of all projects.
• Insert and update information within HVS business applications and software.
• Prepare and send proposals to potential clients.
• Send draft and final reports to clients.
• Schedule appointments with clients. Organize weekly internal meetings with the Toronto HVS office.
• Manage membership and insurance, registration for various professional associations.
• Support executives by supporting independent projects they undertake.
• Manage, reconcile and track accounts receivables.
• Plan and schedule travel arrangements for conferences, client meetings, global summits.
