We are looking to hire a senior Compensation and Benefits specialist to work with us as we partner with leading organizations in the MEA region.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, remote-based role. The reporting office is HVS Dubai.
  • Responsible for salary benchmarking in the MEA region.
  • Responsible for generating reports related to various sub-regions.
  • Works along with HVS Dubai team on compensation and benefit program needs for our Clients in the MEA region.
  • Provide benchmarking for pay range against relevant job groups.
  • Research market trends and apply those findings to develop and tailor policies and programs for our clients.
  • Support the creation of proposals.

  • Someone who is experienced in the areas of reward and benefits preferably in the MEA/ Asia region.
  • Capability to research and identify solutions/ways forward.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in creating and delivering project plans that have successfully delivered key programs/and or HR initiatives.


The Consultant -Compensation & Benefits  will report to the Vice President, HVS Executive Search Middle East and Africa.
