Principal Responsibilities:
The primary job aim is to work towards maximization of budgeted revenues through completion of client assignments within the Consulting and Valuation practice at HVS through on-schedule delivery of client assignments are other essential components of the job responsibility.
Client management, lead follow ups, implementation of internal operating procedures, market research and relationship management with key industry contact points are other principal responsibilities

Desired Profile
- Degree from a reputed university in hospitality management, real estate, or valuation
- Prior hotel experience is a MUST
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the same or similar work domain
- Strong analytical, financial and report writing skills
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills is a MUST
- Ability to travel across the MEA region
- Experience in working with advanced excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft word
