HVS - Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of the Brokerage & Advisory division, you’ll work closely with this high-growth Division of HVS, that sells and finances hotels and other types of hospitality properties.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a positive, dynamic organization with significant growth opportunities.

Hotel Property Marketing
  • Create a marketing plan for each property listing and a schedule of email campaigns
  • Create and execute marketing materials (email broadcasts, ordering professional photography, updating the marketing website, etc.)
  • Publish the listing on all third-party websites (crexi, loopnet, aqqire)
  • Create monthly marketing reports for the client
  • Draft press releases for distribution to the client base, media contacts using Constant Contact
  • Order personalized client gifts for property closings
Email Marketing Campaign Management & Social Media Execution
  • Develop marketing plans
  • Schedule campaigns, create content and execute ongoing email campaigns
  • Maintain and update email lists
  • Showcase HVS initiatives and activities on social media, including LinkedIn, etc.
Events Management
  • Develop Events Marketing plans
  • Create Email Campaigns to invite clients and prospects to HVS events
  • Coordinate booth, meeting suites, marketing materials and logistics for national and regional conferences
  • Schedule client meetings and maintain meetings calendar
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2 -4 years of Marketing or Agency related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel), Constant Contact, SEO
  • Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Acrobat, InDesign
Marketing Skills
  • Track record of managing multiple marketing projects with varied stakeholders and cross-functional teams in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Digital marketing and marketing campaign channel experience including email marketing, social media, multi-channel campaign management
  • Digital content development, content strategy, development, and execution experience
  • Brand management knowledge
Leadership Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Team oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines across multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent organization and follow through skills with strong attention to detail
