The 4th edition of SAHIC will take place in Santiago,
Chile.
Following the 2010 Edition held in Cartagena de Indias,
Colombia, and attended by over 350 participants from 19
countries around the world, this 4th SAHIC will be once again
the “perfect place” to promote investment opportunities in the
hotel and real estate-related business in the region. Key
industry players, executives from major international holdings,
and investors will again meet to explore new projects, make
contacts, and conduct business.

Hotel Investment Conference (CHICOS) 2011

HVS will host the 1st Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference
and Operations Summit (CHICOS) that will focus on this region’s hotel
development and operations issues, as well as current financing
initiatives. Scheduled for November 10-11, 2011 at the famed Atlantis
Resort in Nassau, Bahamas, CHICOS is designed to bring global investors
and operators together with local Caribbean decision-makers to address
the opportunities and challenges faced in the region. CHICOS will
provide opportunities to share views, insights, and proposed strategies
for advancing the hospitality and tourism sectors in the Caribbean from
2011 and beyond.
